Hi! I’m Melissa. I married my wife, Leslie in 2011 in Provincetown, MA. She is a finishing up her residency in internal medicine before pursuing a fellowship in critical care. I currently work from home part-time and take care of our kids and home. We have three kids. Our oldest is Nathan is 18 and a freshman in college. Noah is our middle child and he’s 6. Then our youngest is our daughter Quinn is 4.. We currently live in a suburb just north of Detroit, Michigan but we still call Nashville, Tennessee home.
The beginning of this blog was all about our journey of trying to conceive with so many funny stories that were too good not to write about…now we are figuring out how to survive as the parents of 3 kids. We both knew life together would be a roller-coaster but had no idea how bumpy the ride would be. Life has thrown our family some curve balls. From our middle child Noah being diagnosed with autism, to our oldest being diagnosed with cancer his senior year of high school and having to live apart from Leslie for a year for Nathan to undergo chemotherapy. But we’re getting through it all together.
